Account payments
The Payment Slip on the bottom of your account contains important information about the payment number, the due date of the payment and how you can pay the account.
The payment number is a 14 digit number appearing on the bottom right hand side of the Payment Slip. You must enter this number when paying either online or over-the-phone. You should also supply this number to a Customer Service Officer at a Service Tasmania shop when paying the account. The Payment Number is unique to the account and cannot be used for any other payment.
If you don’t pay the account by the due date, you may incur penalties and/or interest. This amount may be added to your next account, or you will be sent a separate account.
