Increased First Home Owner Grant (FHOG)



First Home Builder Boost (FHBB)



Applicants who enter into a contract to buy or build a new home, or who commence building their new home may be eligible to receive an extra payment of up to $30 000.

Increased First Home Owner Grant (FHOG)



Established Homes



Applicants who purchased an established property between 1 July 2000 and 30 June 2014 inclusive may be entitled to a grant of up to $7 000.

Land tax



When you buy or acquire a property, the person(s) selling or transferring the property may be entitled to claim a proportion of the land tax as part of the settlement. You should ask you solicitor or conveyancer for advice on this matter.
