The First Home Builder Boost has been extended by six months, from 1 July to 31 December 2015.
The $20 000 Boost (a grant for buyers of newly constructed homes or builders of new homes) had been due to close at the end of June 2015.
Applicants who purchased an established property between 1 July 2000 and 30 June 2014 inclusive may be entitled to a grant of up to $7 000.
