​​​Land value information is shown on the reverse of your land tax notice. You can also obtain it through the Land Information System Tasmania (LIST) (fees may be payable for this service).

To use the LIST, sign in with your email and password (if you already have an account), or create a new account if you're a first-time user.
 

You will need two pieces of information to calculate your assessed land value:

• Land value; and
• Land adjustment factor
  
  

Step 1 - Locate the land value

To locate the land value:

• Refer to land value figures shown on your land tax notice; or
• Refer to the steps below to obtain from the LIST.
  
  

To obtain the land value from the LIST:

• ​​Select Properties and Titles from the left-hand menu.
• Enter your Property ID or Address.
• Select the Search button.
• Your property details will be presented in the Search Results table.
• Select the Select Products link in the Options column. 
• Select the Add to Cart link next to Property Report. 
• Select the Cart link in the blue banner at the top of the screen.

• Select the Purchase Property Report link in the Your Documents column.

• Open the report from your Downloads folder.
• The report will display the Last Valuations. Take note of the most recent value in the Land column.

Step 2 - Locate the land adjustment factor

To obtain the land adjustment factor from the LIST:

• Select Valuation Adjustment Factors from the left-hand menu. 
• Enter your Property ID or Address.
  
• ​Select the Search button.​
• ​Select the Search button.​
• Your property details will be presented in the Search Results table.
• Select the Add to Cart link next to Adjusted Values report.
• Select the Cart link in the blue banner at the top of the screen.​

• Sele​ct the ​Purchase Adjusted Values report link in the Your Documents column.

• Open the report from your Downloads folder.​
• The report will display the Land Adjustment Factor.​​
