Fees

​​​​​​​​Any adjustments to the fee unit occur on 1 July annually in line with the CPI adjustment factor provided under section 5 of the Fee Units Act 1997.

Land tax search certificate fee

On and from 1 July 2026, the fee for issuing the certificate increases from $14.32 to $14.70.

Administration fee (for the SRO to process optional duty instruments)

On and from 1 July 2026, the processing fee increases from $47.75 to $49.00..

Motor dealer’s exemption certificate fees

NEW certificate application fee

On and from 1 July 2026, the fee increases from $672.32 to $689.92.


RENEWAL certificate ​fee​

On and from 1 July 2026, the renewal fee increases from $599.74.18 to $615.44.
