​​1. Click on your account name from the home menu.

2. Click on the Update/Cancel Registration menu as follows:​

3. The registration details are displayed as follows:

4. Click on the Request Cancellation button.

5. Enter the Cancellation Date.

6. Select the Reason from the dropdown list.

7. Click on the Submit Cancellation Request button.

8. The details of the cancellation request are displayed as follows:

9. If you do not want to proceed with the cancellation, click on the Cancel Cancellation Request button.
