​1. All Accounts are displayed on the home screen as follows: ​

2. Click on your duty transactions account.

3. Click on Duty calculator from the menu as follows:

 

​4. The property transfer duty calculator screen will display as follows:

5. Complete the fields relevant to your transaction.

6. Click on the Calculate button.

7. The duty is displayed in the Duty field as follows:

8. Click on the Generate PDF button to produce a PDF if required.

9. To clear fields, click on the Reset button.​​​
