3. Click on the Summary menu item as follows:
 

4. Click on the Calculate estimated Duty Payable button as follows:

5. The Property Transfer Duty Calculator is displayed as follows:

 ​6. Complete all fields.

7. Click on the Reset button to clear all fields, if required.

8. Click on the Calculate button.

9. The duty is displayed as follows:​​
