Submit to SRO

Standard processing times are 21 days from receipt of all information. Complex transactions will take longer.

TRO agents should refer to the following document to determine what transactions are required to be submitted to the SRO for assessment: Duty instrument self-endorsement arrangements for Tasmanian Revenue Online.

If your organisation is not registered as a TRO agent, you will need to submit your transactions to SRO for assessment. Refer to Update duty transaction registration details for information on updating your registration.

Evidence requirements

You will need to submit evidence with your transaction. For information on evidence requirements review the

Documentary Evidence Requirements Guideline.

Communications about your transaction

After submitting your transaction we will send you communication within TRO. You will receive an email, bulletin message and a notification against your transaction when a communication is available in TRO. You can reply and upload documentation within the communications against each transaction.
