Managing your system messages and communications will improve system performance. Administrators can also maintain their user list for performance improvements.

System messages

Issue
Multiple system messages appear every time a user logs in. 

Solution
Select X to close any read messages. 

Communications

Issue
Users with Communications access may have multiple messages displaying on their screen. 

Solution

1. Click on the Communications menu.

2. Click on the Archive link of the Communication already actioned.3.  Click on the Archive button. 

To view and restore archived communications

• Select All from the Communications Status drop down list. 
• Click on the Restore link of any archived Communications.​

Review your user access list

Users with Administrator access should routinely update their user list to:

• improve TRO system performance, and
• maintain secure access to their organisation's records.
