​1. If you have been invited to have access to an account, you will be emailed the following invitation:2. Click on the respond link.

3. The following accept invitation screen is displayed:

To accept the invitation (if you have a TRO username)

4. Click on the Link to an existing user option in your email invitation.

5. You will be prompted to login as follows:6. Enter your TRO Username.

7. Enter your TRO Password.

8. Click on the Log in button.

9. A message will be displayed on the screen of the user that sent the invitation as follows:

To accept the invitation (if you DO NOT have a TRO username)

10. Click on the Link to a new user option in your email invitation.

11. You will be prompted to register a new TRO username as follows:​12. Click on the Register button.

13. A message will be displayed on the screen of the user that sent the invitation as follows:

To decline the invitation

14. Click on the decline invitation link in your email invitation.

15.  A message will be displayed on the screen of the user that sent the invitation as follows:
